I use a combination of different couriers due to variations in item sizes with upgrade options available on most listings at checkout.
If you have any specific instructions for the courier please include them in a message at checkout. If you're not home Parcel Force will drop your item off at the nearest post office or if you send us a message before we dispatch we can arrange for your item to be delivered straight to your nearest post office or sorting office for you to collect at your convenience. Parcel Force is fully insured and will generally arrive the next working day but but can take up to 3 working days. This can cause potential issues for people in Flats/Terraced Houses

Some of their drivers idea of a safe place is a lot less considered than others. Ideal for most deliveries however I understand certain properties can have issues with Hermes as they will delivery your package to "a safe place" if no one's home. Hermes is fully insured and will generally arrive within 2 - 3 working days but can take up to 5 working days.
